Miranel's Ingredients

Derived from a small tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) native to Australia, tea tree oil has been known to the Aborigines for centuries. Captain John Cook used the oil in healing cuts and burns. Settlers in Australia used the oil to treat insect bites and other external ailments. The oil was so valued by the Australian government that vials were issued to Australian soldiers as standard issue in their medical kits during World War II.
