How do I know if I have a foot or toe infection vs. something else?
Athlete's foot carries symptoms such as dry, scaly, itchy, irritated skin on the bottom of the foot or around the toes. Nail fungus symptoms include a yellow, pale or dark colored nail that is usually thick, brittle or rigid. If you are still uncertain, consult your physician.

How long will it take me to see results?
It may take 4 months or longer to eliminate an infection. An infection reoccurrence is possible especially if toes, feet, or nails are continually exposed to warm, moist conditions. If irritation occurs or there is no improvement after 4 weeks, discontinue use and consult a physician. The key to success with any medication is to follow the treatment directions, take proper care of the affected area and remain consistent in using the medication.

What does the Miranel formula look like?
The cream is somewhat thick with a very light purple tint. Once it is applied it stays in place with a protective barrier which creates a somewhat think layer over the infected area.
